Parmesan Paprika Chicken

I found Crispy Baked Parmesan Paprika Chicken while looking through Pinterest and found that it was on allrecipes.com. I knew this was a recipe that my husband would love, and I was right.  The chicken was so good that he went back for seconds and could not wait to have the leftovers for lunch today.  He has even already talked about making this chicken again next week for dinner.  The chicken was a good blend of spices, and was one of the moistest chicken recipes that I have ever had.  This recipe was also very quick and easy to make so it would be great for a weeknight meal. This chicken is definitely worth trying and I hope that you like it as much as we did, it has definitely made the list of recipes we will make again, and again.

Crispy Baked Parmesan Paprika Chicken

From: allrecipes.com 

1/4 cup of Flour
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
2 tsp of Paprika
1/2 tsp of Salt
1/2 tsp of Pepper
1 Egg (Beaten)
2 Tbs of Milk
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup of Butter (Melted)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Combine the flour, parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg and milk. Dip the chicken in the egg and dredge in the flour mixture. Place the chicken in the baking dish, and pour the melted butter evenly over the chicken. Bake the chicken for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the cheese has browned, and the chicken is cooked through. Serve and Enjoy!
